Saugus put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. They came within four points of losing the streak, but they secured a 68-64 W against the St. Joseph Knights.

St. Joseph lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Ali Mayes, who dropped a double-double with 19 points and ten boards. Another player making a difference was Maava Sat, who dropped a double-double with 12 points and 21 rebounds.

Saugus' win bumped their record up to 3-0. As for St. Joseph, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-2.

Saugus has already played their next matchup, a 63-43 loss against Ventura on the 20th. As for St. Joseph, they will face off against Camarillo at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
