Calistoga faced Del Norte in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Saturday. The Wildcats fell 3-1 to the Warriors. Calistoga's loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

Calistoga's defeat dropped their record down to 4-2-1. As for Del Norte, the win (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 6-2.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Calistoga will venture away from home to face off against Technology at 4:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Del Norte, they will head out to square off against Eureka at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The matchup will give Del Norte their first taste of in-conference action this season.
