Softball Recap: Shawnee Snaps Four-Game Streak of Wins on the Road

Shawnee suffered their closest loss since September 24, 2024 on Thursday. They fell just short of the Noble Bears by a score of 6-4. The Wolves were not able to repeat the success they had when they faced the Bears earlier this season, when they won 3-2.

Kass S made the most of her time in the batter's box despite the final result and went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and one RBI.

Shawnee's defeat ended a four-game streak of away wins and brought them to 12-9-1. As for Noble, their win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 11-14.

Shawnee does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Noble, they have already played their next matchup, a 15-2 victory against Putnam City on the 6th.
