Northview is 6-1 against Whitmer since October of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Wildcats will host the Panthers at 7:00 p.m. Both come into the contest bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

While Northview's victory against Findlay wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Wildcats won by a goal and slipped past the Trojans 2-1. The final result isn't all that surprising considering Northview's considerable advantage in MaxPreps' Ohio soccer rankings (they are ranked 86th, while Findlay are ranked 313th).

Brayden Sutton and Diego Guembes scored both of Northview's goals, bringing their combined season tally to ten goals.

Meanwhile, Whitmer came into Saturday's match having lost 12 straight, but that streak is now in the rearview. They blew past Bowsher 10-4 on Saturday. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for Whitmer's offense, which had struggled in the games prior.

Northview's win bumped their record up to 8-5-2. As for Whitmer, their victory bumped their record up to 2-12.

Northview took their win against Whitmer in their previous matchup back in September by a conclusive 9-0 score. Will the Wildcats repeat their success, or do the Panthers have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
