Softball Recap: Macomb Takes a Loss

If Macomb was riding high fresh off their 19-6 takedown of Maud on Friday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Hornets came up short against the Earlsboro Wildcats on Tuesday, falling 9-1. The Hornets were not able to make up for their defeat to the Wildcats from their previous meeting back in September of 2024.

Macomb's loss dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Earlsboro, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Coming up, Macomb will challenge Strother at 4:30 p.m. on Monday. As for Earlsboro, they have already played their next game, a 10-0 defeat against Asher on the 14th.
