Holy Family has gone a perfect 5-0 against Longmont recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Tigers will look to defend their home field against the Trojans at 3:00 p.m. Holy Family will be looking to extend their current eight-game winning streak.
Holy Family's pitching crew heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. Everything went their way against Fairview as they made off with a 14-0 victory. The result was nothing new for the Tigers, who have now won 11 matchups by six runs or more so far this season.

Carly Tooley was a major factor while hitting and pitching. She didn't allow a single earned run and allowed only two hits over four innings pitched. What's more, she posted five strikeouts, the most she's had since back in September. She was also big at the plate, going a perfect 3-for-3 with three RBI and one run.
In other batting news, Holy Family got a massive performance out of Lauren Delgado, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with two runs, two RBI, and one double. Those two RBI gave Delgado a new career-high. Another player making a difference was Aaliyah Hill, who went 2-for-3 with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI.
Holy Family always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .625. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Fairview only posted an OBP of .312.
Legacy hit Longmont with a eight-run fifth inning on Tuesday, which goes a long way in explaining the final result. The Trojans came up short against the Lightning, falling 18-6. The Trojans have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.
Alex McGregor was cooking despite her team's loss, going 1-for-4 with two stolen bases, two RBI, and one run. The team also got some help courtesy of Sydnee Conway, who went a perfect 3-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one RBI.
Holy Family's win bumped their record up to 16-3. As for Longmont, their loss dropped their record down to 6-14-1.
Longmont's hitters will have their work cut out for them on Thursday. Holy Family has been retiring batters left and right this season, having averaged 11.1 strikeouts per game. It's a different story for Longmont, though, as they've been averaging only 3.6 strikeouts. Will Holy Family keep running through batters, or will the Trojans buck the trend?
