Basketball Recap: Central York Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Central York, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Northeastern Bobcats on Monday, sneaking past 39-36. Given the Panthers' advantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 123rd, while the Bobcats are ranked 386th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Northeastern's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Lauralye Kennedy, who posted 14 points. Another player making a difference was Nylah Davis, who earned 14 points.
