Soccer Recap: Flintridge Prep Takes a Loss

Flintridge Prep's game on Saturday was all tied up 1-1 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They fell just short of the Warren Bears by a score of 2-1. The loss was Wolves' first of the season.

Their goal came courtesy of Val Mancilla, who's now up to 11 this season.

Having lost for the first time this season, Flintridge Prep fell to 4-1-1. As for Warren, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-1-1.

Flintridge Prep will take on El Rancho in a tournament on Saturday. Flintridge Prep's last three games have been decided by no more than a goal, so don't be surprised if it's a close one. Warren and La Serna will round out the year against one another at at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.
