They ended up on the wrong side of a rough 57-33 walloping at the hands of the Panthers on Saturday. Loma Linda Academy's loss signaled the end of their nine-game winning streak.

Newbury Park's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Greta Heath led the charge by dropping a double-double on 18 points and 14 rebounds. Another player making a difference was Skylar Komatsu, who scored 17 points along with six steals.

Loma Linda Academy's loss dropped their record down to 25-3. As for Newbury Park, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 24-6.
