Softball Recap: Make It Three in a Row for Decatur

Decatur waltzed into their match on Thursday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They were the clear victors by a 9-1 margin over the Shiloh Generals. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 12-2 back in August.

Decatur's win bumped their record up to 12-2. As for Shiloh, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-9.

We've got plenty of inter-region action coming up soon. Decatur is set to challenge their familiar foe Dunwoody at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Bulldogs 3, the Wildcats 3.3) so any runs scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Shiloh will face off against rival Arabia Mountain at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
