Softball Recap: Washington-Wilkes Comes Up Short

It was a proper cat-fight when Washington-Wilkes faced off against Loganville Christian Academy on Friday. The Tigers came up short against the Lions, falling 9-1.

Washington-Wilkes saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Kennedy Danner, who went 1-for-2 with one run.

Washington-Wilkes' defeat dropped their record down to 0-2.

Washington-Wilkes wasted no time getting back out on the field and has already played their next contest, an 8-3 loss against Franklin County on the 9th. As for Loganville Christian Academy, they have also already played their next match, a 7-5 victory against North Oconee on the 8th.
