Soccer Recap: Escondido Comes Up Short

Escondido was not able to break out of their rough patch on Tuesday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the Rancho Bernardo Broncos, falling 3-0. That's two games in a row now that the Cougars have lost by exactly three goals.

Escondido's loss dropped their record down to 2-8-2. As for Rancho Bernardo, the win (which was their sixth in a row) raised their record to 9-3-3.

Escondido didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, a 1-1 draw against Fallbrook on the 6th. As for Rancho Bernardo, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 6-0 victory against Valley Center on the 6th.
