Justin Garza scored the most points they've had this season on Thursday, but it wasn't enough. They fell just short of the Sunnyside Wildcats by a score of 56-53. The Guardians have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Justin Garza's defeat dropped their record down to 9-16. As for Sunnyside, they pushed their record up to 12-12 with the win, which was their fourth straight at home.
