Basketball Recap: Tyrone Comes Up Short

Tyrone was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their fourth straight loss. They might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 43-36 to the Greater Johnstown Trojans, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. Sadly, that's the second time they've come up short against the Golden Eagles this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 43-36 last Thursday.

Tyrone now has a losing record at 8-9. As for Greater Johnstown, the win was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 13-6.

It'll be a Battle of the Birds when the Tyrone Golden Eagles take on the Bald Eagle Area Eagles at 7:15 p.m. on Monday. As for Greater Johnstown, they will welcome Bishop McCort at 7:15 p.m. on Monday.
