Heritage is 10-0 against Pittsburg since February of 2020 and they'll have a chance to extend that success on Friday. The Heritage Patriots will be playing in front of their home fans against the Pittsburg Pirates at 6:00 p.m. Heritage is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 4.3 goals per game this season.

Heritage's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Tuesday. They were the clear victor by a 10-0 margin over Deer Valley. It was an even better day for Isabella Gouveia as she scored three goals for her team.

Meanwhile, after soaring to five goals the game before, Pittsburg was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They lost 5-0 to Freedom. While losing is never fun, the Pirates can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' California soccer rankings (they are ranked 898th, while the Falcons are ranked 442nd).

Pittsburg's defeat was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Heritage, the victory got them back to even at 6-6.

Heritage took their win against Pittsburg in their previous meeting back in January by a conclusive 6-0. Does Heritage have another victory up their sleeve, or will Pittsburg turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
