Soccer Game Preview: Rubidoux vs. Moreno Valley

Rubidoux is 0-8-2 against Moreno Valley since February of 2017 but things could change on Tuesday. The Rubidoux Falcons will square off against the Moreno Valley Vikings at 5:15 p.m.

It was a Battle of the Birds when Rubidoux duked it out withVista del Lago on Saturday. Rubidoux and Vista del Lago finished up their contest with a 2-2 draw. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Falcons as it put an end to their five-game losing streak.

Meanwhile, Moreno Valley didn't have quite enough to beat JW North on Monday and fell 2-1. The defeat continues a trend for the Vikings in their matchups with the Huskies: they've now lost four in a row.

Moreno Valley's goal came courtesy of Jessica Menchaca, who's now up to three this season.

Rubidoux's draw gives them a new season record of 1-5-1. As for Moreno Valley, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
