Piedmont lost to Southmoore back in October of 2024, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Thursday. The Wildcats put the hurt on the SaberCats with a sharp 41-19 win. The victory was familiar territory for the Wildcats, who have now won four games in a row.

Piedmont's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Southmoore, their loss dropped their record down to 5-3.

We've got plenty of inter-district action coming up soon. Piedmont will take on rival Stillwater at 7:00 p.m. on the 31st. The two teams have allowed few points on average (the Wildcats 12.8, the Pioneers 9) so any points scored will be well earned. Meanwhile, Southmoore is set to challenge their familiar foe Putnam City at 7:00 p.m. on the 31st.
