Softball Recap: Vidalia Heritage Academy Takes a Loss

Vidalia Heritage Academy lost against Trinity Christian back in August and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Eagles lost 17-1 to the Crusaders. The Eagles have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Vidalia Heritage Academy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Zoe Caraballo, who went a perfect 1-for-1 with one double and one RBI.

Vidalia Heritage Academy's loss dropped their record down to 2-13. As for Trinity Christian, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-12.

Vidalia Heritage Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Trinity Christian, they will square off against Brentwood at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday. The War Eagles' pitching crew has only allowed 2.8 runs per game this season, so the Crusaders' hitters will have their work cut out for them.
