Soccer Game Preview: Terra Linda vs. Lincoln

The Terra Linda Trojans will head out to challenge the Lincoln Mustangs at 3:15 p.m. on Thursday.

Terra Linda managed to slip by University the last time these teams faced off, but didn't have those same answers this time around. The Trojans came up short against the Red Devils on Tuesday, falling 6-1. The loss put an end to Terra Linda's undefeated start to the season.

Their goal came courtesy of Remi David, who's now up to two this season.

Meanwhile, Lincoln had to travel to play their first game of the season, but the final result was worth the trip. They put the hurt on South San Francisco with a sharp 4-1 win two weeks ago.

Having lost for the first time this season, Terra Linda fell to 1-1-1. As for Lincoln, their victory bumped their record up to 1-0.

Everything went Terra Linda's way against Lincoln in their previous meeting back in January, as Terra Linda made off with a 7-1 win. In that matchup, the Trojans amassed a halftime lead of 5-0, an impressive feat they'll look to repeat on Thursday.
