Soccer Recap: Shiloh Comes Up Short

After soaring to eight goals the game before, Shiloh was a bit more limited in their game on Tuesday. They lost 10-0 to the Duluth Wildcats. While losing is never fun, Shiloh can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Georgia soccer rankings (they are ranked 346th, while Duluth are ranked 22nd).

Shiloh's defeat dropped their record down to 1-7. As for Duluth, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-3 record this season.

Shiloh will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Rockdale County at 7:30 p.m. on the 15th. As for Duluth, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Duluth face off against Peachtree Ridge at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday.
