Football Recap: Millard West Wildcats vs. Omaha Northwest Huskies
While Millard West put up plenty of points on Friday, the same can't be said for Omaha Northwest. The Wildcats blew past the Huskies 62-0. Given the Wildcats' advantage in MaxPreps' Nebraska football rankings (they are ranked 44th, while the Huskies are ranked 132nd) , the win wasn't entirely unexpected.
Special teams played a big role in the game for Millard West, adding 14 points to the final score. The biggest highlight from special teams (and perhaps the team as a whole) came courtesy of Logan Kracht, who ran a kickoff back for a touchdown.
