After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Drew, Douglass was happy to have turned things around on Tuesday. They walked away with a 3-1 victory over the KIPP Atlanta Collegiate Warriors. The score was all tied up 1-1 at the break, but Douglass were the better team in the second half.

Douglass' first win this season bumped their record up to 1-11. As for KIPP Atlanta Collegiate, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-4.

Coming up, Douglass is taking a road trip to square off against Paulding County at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Douglass will be up against Paulding County's rather soft defense (which has allowed 5.47 goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. KIPP Atlanta Collegiate does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
