Football Recap: Unity Christian/Mt. Pulaski Skates Past Blue Ridge with Ease

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Metro-East Lutheran, Unity Christian/Mt. Pulaski was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They really took it to the Blue Ridge Knights for the full four quarters, racking up a 58-14 victory. The matchup was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 44-0.

The win got Unity Christian/Mt. Pulaski back to even at 1-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Unity Christian/Mt. Pulaski will face off against South Fork/Edinburg/Morrisonville at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Blue Ridge, they will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Schlarman at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
