While Dickson put up plenty of runs on Tuesday, the same can't be said for Marietta. The Comets blew past the Indians 17-0. Considering the Comets have won seven contests by more than six runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

The victory was the fourth in a row for Dickson, bringing their record up to 8-3. The wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 1.0 run on average over those games. As for Marietta, they are on a 15-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Dickson has already played their next matchup, a 6-2 victory against Durant on the 22nd. As for Marietta, they will square off against Comanche at 5:00 p.m. on the 28th.
