Basketball Game Preview: Cox Mill Chargers vs. Mooresville Blue Devils + How To Watch

The Cox Mill Chargers will head out on the road to take on the Mooresville Blue Devils at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

On Wednesday, Cox Mill didn't have too much trouble with Mount Pleasant as they won 57-43. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Chargers.

Cox Mill's victory was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Isaiah Hunter, who posted 17 points. With that strong performance, Hunter is now averaging an impressive 15.2 points per game. The team also got some help courtesy of Makih Philyaw, who earned 14 points.

Meanwhile, even if it wasn't a dominant performance, Mooresville beat Lake Norman Charter 63-58 on Friday. Give the Blue Devils' offense some serious credit: that high-scoring performance was actually the fewest points they've scored all season.

Mooresville's win bumped their record up to 5-1. As for Cox Mill, the victory got them back to even at 2-2.

Cox Mill was dealt a bruising 78-49 loss at the hands of Mooresville in their previous matchup back in January. Thankfully for the Chargers, Dylan Clark (who dropped a double-double with 24 points and 11 boards) won't be suiting up this time. Will that be enough to change the final result?
