Volleyball Recap: Anderson Comes Up Short

Anderson was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their sixth straight loss. They took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Kokomo Wildkats. If the Indians were looking for revenge after losing 2-0 to the Wildkats when the teams met back in October of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

The match finished with set scores of 25-12, 25-16.

Anderson's defeat dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Kokomo, their win was their first in the conference, bumping their conference record up to 1-3 and their overall record up to 10-16.

Anderson wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 2-0 loss against Muncie Central on the 11th. As for Kokomo, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against Marion on the 11th.
