Soccer Recap: St. John Bosco Academy Comes Up Short

If St. John Bosco Academy was feeling good fresh off their 8-1 takedown of Cherokee Christian last Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. St. John Bosco Academy came up short against the Holy Spirit Prep Cougars on Thursday, falling 5-1. St. John Bosco Academy hasn't had much luck with Holy Spirit Prep recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

St. John Bosco Academy's loss dropped their record down to 6-3. As for Holy Spirit Prep, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-1.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. St. John Bosco Academy will head out to challenge Johnson Ferry Christian Academy at 7:00 p.m. on March 21st. As for Holy Spirit Prep, a feisty cat fight will be fought as Holy Spirit Prep challenge St. Mary's Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
