Football Recap: Cedar Vale/Dexter Takes a Loss

Cedar Vale/Dexter made up a huge gap compared to their last game against Oswego, but they still couldn't quite topple them. The Spartans fell just short of the Indians by a score of 88-86 on Friday. The Spartans haven't had much luck with the Indians recently, as the team has come up short the last six times they've met.

Cedar Vale/Dexter's loss was their first in the district, dropping their district record down to 3-1 and their overall record down to 5-2. As for Oswego, their win was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 6-1.

Cedar Vale/Dexter does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Oswego, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Sedan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. The Indians will need to watch out since the Devils have now posted at least 31 points in their last three games.
