Baseball Recap: Jonesboro Takes a Loss

Jonesboro was the 8-4 winner over Rockdale County when they last played one another back in February, but their luck changed this time around. The Cardinals lost 14-3 to the Bulldogs on Thursday. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Jonesboro's loss dropped their record down to 8-18. As for Rockdale County, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a massive bump to their 12-18 record this season.

Jonesboro has already played their next game, a 7-4 win against Morrow on the 19th. Rockdale County does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
