Soccer Recap: Pacheco Comes Up Short

The matchup between Pacheco and Ceres on Tuesday hardly resembled the 1-0 effort from their previous meeting. The Pacheco Panthers came up short against the Ceres Bulldogs, falling 8-0. The Panthers were not able to make up for their loss to the Bulldogs from their previous meeting back in January of 2024.

Pacheco dropped their record down to 2-8-1 with the defeat, which was their sixth straight on the road. As for Ceres, the win made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-4-1.

Pacheco will square off against Beyer at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. Beyer will roll in looking for their 12th straight victory, something Pacheco surely won't give up without a fight. As for Ceres, they will take on Grace Davis at 6:15 p.m. on Thursday. Ceres is facing Grace Davis at the right time seeing as Grace Davis is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
