Football Recap: Beloit Takes a Loss

Beloit fell victim to Southeast of Saline and their airtight defense on Friday. They had to suffer through a 50-0 loss at the hands of Southeast of Saline. The defeat continues a trend for Beloit in their meetings with Southeast of Saline: they've now lost nine in a row.

Truitt King threw for 41 yards on six of 13 attempts. On the ground, Joel Rexroat rushed for 45 yards.

Southeast of Saline had a senior duo take command as Grady Gebhardt gained 332 total yards and four touchdowns and Gannon Jacobson threw for 259 yards and four TDs while picking up 10.8 yards per attempt. Gebhardt was no stranger to the big play, taking off on a dash that went for 62 yards.

Beloit now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Southeast of Saline, their victory bumped their record up to 3-0.
