Softball Recap: Stanton Comes Up Short

Stanton lost against Griswold on June 2nd, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Vikings might be feeling deja-vu: they lost 11-3 to the Tigers, which was the same score (and result) they got the week prior. The Vikings have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Stanton's defeat dropped their record down to 5-9. As for Griswold, the win was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 16-2.

Stanton didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next match, a 16-13 victory against East Mills on the 20th. Griswold has also already played their next contest (against Earlham), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
