Apollo extended their winning streak to five on Monday, bumping them up to 18-10. They never let the Butler County Bears get on the board and left with a 3-0 win. That's more bragging rights for the Eagles, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

As for Butler County, their defeat ended a six-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 16-14. Having soared to a lofty ten runs in the game before, their shutout was a dramatic turnaround.

For Butler County's part, they saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Thomas Embry, who went 1-for-3 with one stolen base.

As of now, neither Apollo nor the Bears have any future games scheduled.
