There's no place like home for Gordon Lee, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. They claimed a resounding 49-21 victory over the Christian Heritage Lions. That 28 point margin sets a new team best for the Trojans this season.

Dustin Day was the offensive standout of the contest as he threw for 248 yards and a pair of TDs on only 17 passes. Those 248 passing yards gave him a new career-high.

Despite the loss, Christian Heritage saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Beau Moore picked up 122 receiving yards and two touchdowns. Those 122 receiving yards set a new season-high mark for Moore. Bronx Stallion was in the mix too, providing Christian Heritage with one score.

Gordon Lee's win was their third straight at home, which pushed their record up to 3-1. Those home victories came thanks in part to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 13.3 points on average over those games. As for Christian Heritage, they now have a losing record of 2-3.
