Monrovia is headed into Monday's game looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Friday. They took a blow against La Canada, falling 62-23. The Wildcats were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 35-12.

Meanwhile, it's never fun to lose, and it's even less fun to lose 74-26, which was the final score in South Pasadena's tilt against Rolling Hills Prep on Saturday.

South Pasadena's defeat dropped their record down to 16-7. As for Monrovia, their loss dropped their record down to 5-17.
