It was a proper cat-fight when Beecher faced off against Gardner-South Wilmington on Tuesday. The Bobcats came out on top against the Panthers by a score of 11-7. The Bobcats haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Tyler Doran and Noah Hanson did most of the damage at the plate: Doran got on base in three of his five plate appearances with two runs, one stolen base, and two RBI, while Hanson went 3-for-4 with three RBI, one stolen base, and one run. Another player making a difference was Easton Lane, who went 2-for-4 with two runs, one stolen base, and one double.

Beecher always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .564. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Gardner-South Wilmington only posted an OBP of .353.

Beecher's win bumped their record up to 21-10. As for Gardner-South Wilmington, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 17-12.
