Basketball Recap: Enterprise Takes a Loss

Enterprise was the 45-40 winner over Red Bluff when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. The Enterprise Hornets took a 45-39 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Red Bluff Spartans.

Despite the loss, Enterprise saw an underclassman step up: sophomore Catherine Ahart went 8 for 12 on her way to 19 points. What's more, Ahart also posted a 67% shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's posted since back in November of 2024. Another player making a difference was Lila Mcdaniels, who posted two points and six steals.

Enterprise's defeat dropped their record down to 10-12. As for Red Bluff, their victory ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-14.

Enterprise didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 65-31 loss against Pleasant Valley on the 4th. As for Red Bluff, they have also already played their next game, a 67-33 win against Redding Christian on the 1st.
