Recap: Great Commission vs. Blair County Christian Bobcats
Great Commission's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their sixth straight defeat dating back to last season. They ended up on the wrong side of a tough 42-22 walloping at the hands of Blair County Christian. If Great Commission was looking for revenge after losing 35-29 to them when the teams met, then they'll just have to keep looking.
Blair County Christian was led to victory by Gabi Dull and Lydia Hileman. Dull dropped a double-double on 11 points and 14 rebounds, while Hileman scored ten points along with eight rebounds and six blocks. Hileman hasn't dropped below two blocks for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of Makayla Hughes, who almost dropped a double-double on nine points and ten rebounds.
Great Commission's loss dropped their record down to 0-3. As for Blair County Christian, their win ended a four-game drought at home and bumped them up to 6-9.
Great Commission will head out on the road to face off against the Conquerors at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Blair County Christian, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against the at 5:30 p.m.
