Soccer Recap: Yosemite Find Success

Yosemite was not the first on the board on Monday, but they got there more often. They had just enough and edged the Fresno Warriors out 2-1. The Badgers have seen this before: they got the W the last time they saw the Warriors, too.

Clarisse Beaumont and London Reden scored both of Yosemite's goals, which were season-firsts for both players.

Yosemite's first victory this season bumped their record up to 1-1-1. As for Fresno, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Yosemite didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next matchup, a 4-0 loss against Soledad on the 6th. As for Fresno, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Mendota on the 4th.
