Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Quapaw). Everything went their way against the Oklahoma Union Cougars on Wednesday as they made off with a 19-4 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Wildcats considering their two-run performance the matchup before.

Quapaw's win ended a three-game drought on the road and puts them at 7-10. As for Oklahoma Union, they dropped their record down to 5-16 with the defeat, which was their fifth straight at home.

Looking ahead, Quapaw will take on Vinita at 1:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Oklahoma Union, they have already played their next game, a 12-0 loss against Booker T. Washington on the 18th.
