Baseball Game Preview: Central Gwinnett Black Knights vs. Mountain View Bears

Central Gwinnett hasn't had much luck against Mountain View recently, but that could start to change on Friday. The Central Gwinnett Black Knights will host the Mountain View Bears at 5:45 p.m.

Having struggled with 11 defeats in a row, Central Gwinnett turned things around against Mountain View on Wednesday. They came out on top in a nail-biter against the Bears, sneaking past 5-3. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Black Knights have posted since February 22nd.

Danny Francois was incredible, going 2-for-3 with one home run, four RBI, and one double. The dominant performance gave him a new career-high in RBI.

Central Gwinnett's victory was their first in the region, bumping their region record up to 1-10 and their overall record up to 5-11. As for Mountain View, they now have a losing record of 7-8.
