Hampton's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Lamar County, they have started the season off flawlessly and has a 2-0 record to show for it.

Looking ahead, Hampton will face off against Fayette County at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Lamar County, they will head out on the road to face off against Upson-Lee at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
