Softball Game Preview: Woodland Wolfpack vs. Jones County Greyhounds

Woodland hasn't had much luck against Jones County recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Wolfpack will take on the Greyhounds at 6:00 p.m. Woodland has given up an average of 8.1 runs per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Woodland fell victim to Union Grove and their airtight pitching crew on Tuesday. They came up short against the Wolverines, falling 14-0.

Meanwhile, Jones County came up short against Union Grove on Wednesday and fell 4-1.

Woodland's loss dropped their record down to 7-7. As for Jones County, their defeat dropped their record down to 17-4.

Woodland might still be hurting after the 12-0 loss they got from Jones County in their previous matchup back in August. Can the Wolfpack avenge their defeat or is history doomed to repeat itself? We'll find out soon enough.
