Soccer Game Preview: West vs. Chavez

The West Vikings will take on the Chavez Titans in a tournament on Friday. Considering both teams were shutout in their prior games, the pair is probably coming into this one with something to prove.

West is coming in off a wild two-game stretch: after soaring to six goals on Monday, they were much more limited against Arvin on Wednesday. They lost 9-0 to the Bears. West have struggled against Arvin recently, as the game was their third consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Tuesday just wasn't the day for Chavez's offense. They came up short against Shafter on Tuesday, falling 6-0.

West now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Chavez, they now also have a losing record of 1-2.
