Nicollet (Minn.) extended its winning streak to five games with a 38-14 victory over
Randolph (Minn.) on Saturday.After taking the lead on a
Matt Christenson touchdown pass to
Evan Guffey in the first quarter, the Raiders led 26-6 at the half.
Nicollet expanded its lead to 32 points entering the fourth quarter. NHS scored two times in the third, including once on a
Tanner Elliott touchdown run.
Dalton Elliott stood out for the Raiders in the win. The sophomore quarterback threw two touchdowns and ran for one touchdown.
Nicollet (5-0) goes up against Janesville-Waldorf-Pemberton in a Southern Confederacy (9 Man) game matchup next week, while Randolph (1-4) locks horns with Mountain Lake/Butterfield-Odin in a non-conference game.
