There's no place like home for Trinity Christian, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They blew past the Sandy Creek Patriots 10-0 on Friday. Considering the Lions have won nine contests by more than five runs this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.

Sandy Creek's batters probably weren't too happy with Dillon Stiltner, who pitched a no hitter and racked up 12 Ks (he gave up zero walks). Those 12 strikeouts gave Stiltner a new career-high.

On the hitting side, Logan Moss was a standout: he went 1-for-3 with one home run, two stolen bases, and three RBI. Evan Osterman was another key player, scoring two runs and stealing two bases while getting on base in all four of his plate appearances.

Trinity Christian always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .514. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Sandy Creek only posted an OBP of .053.

Trinity Christian's victory was their tenth straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 14-7. The wins came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 11.1 runs over those games. As for Sandy Creek, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-16-1.

Trinity Christian will have a chance to go back-to-back against Sandy Creek: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
