Softball Recap: Woodland Takes a Loss

Woodland was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their ninth straight defeat. They took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Garber Wolverines. If the Cougars were looking for revenge after losing 14-4 to the Wolverines when the teams met back in September of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Woodland's loss dropped their record down to 7-22-1. As for Garber, the victory (which was their seventh in a row) raised their record to 7-1.

Coming up, Woodland will face off against Kellyville at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Garber does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
