Basketball Game Preview: Moreno Valley Vikings vs. Oak Park Eagles

The Moreno Valley Vikings will head out to take on the Oak Park Eagles at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday. Moreno Valley has given up an average of 59.6 points per game this season, but Thursday's game will give them a chance to turn things around.

Moreno Valley is headed into Thursday's matchup looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight games on Tuesday. They were dealt an 89-43 loss at the hands of Ontario Christian. The contest marked the Vikings' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Meanwhile, Oak Park lost to Fairmont Prep on the road by a 67-53 margin on Tuesday.

Moreno Valley now has a losing record of 3-4. As for Oak Park, their defeat dropped their record down to 5-3.

Moreno Valley didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Oak Park in their previous matchup back in November of 2024, but they still walked away with a 59-54 win.
