Softball Recap: Pueblo East Wins Going Away Against Canon City

Pueblo East won the last time they faced Canon City and things went their way on Tuesday too. The Eagles blew past the Tigers 19-6. Considering the Eagles have won three games by more than 12 runs this season, Tuesday's blowout was nothing new.

Pueblo East got a massive performance out of Luciana Cervantes, who went 4-for-5 with two stolen bases, three runs, and one triple. Triniti Pacheco was another key player, going 2-for-4 with three stolen bases, two runs, and one triple.

They weren't the only ones making solid contact: Pueblo East kept the outfield on their toes and finished the game with 19 hits. That's the most hits they've posted since back in August of 2024.
