Chartiers Valley has gone 10-0 against Montour recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Chartiers Valley Colts will be home for the holidays to greet the Montour Spartans at 6:00 p.m. After the two teams made easy work of their previous opponents, one won't be so lucky on Tuesday.

Montour is hoping to do what West Allegheny couldn't on Thursday: put an end to Chartiers Valley's winning streak, which now stands at four games. Everything went Chartiers Valley's way against West Allegheny as Chartiers Valley made off with a 57-33 win. The Colts' offense stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most points they've scored all season.

Chartiers Valley got their victory on the backs of several key players, but it was Rachel Boehm out in front who went 6 of 12 on her way to 18 points and five rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of Iyla Ozbey, who posted five points along with six assists and three steals.

Chartiers Valley was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.

While Montour didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-15), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past. They put the hurt on New Castle with a sharp 50-29 win on Thursday. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Spartans.

Chartiers Valley pushed their record up to 4-2 with the victory, which was their fourth straight on the road. As for Montour, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four games, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season.
